Practical recovery from injury This book offers some really excellent ways to help your body recover from injury. I fell down the stairs two years ago and still have pain in my hip, back and knee. The only help my dr could offer was prescription painkillers, which mask symptoms rather than tackle the root cause, and I wasn’t keen on a lifelong dependency on maximum strength codeine anyway.
