Okay The bands are good. But wish they were a bit wider as the placement has to be pefect if they were wider you could just put them on and know all areas are covered.

Useless The band is the same width throughout…. but legs generally get wider as they go up….. consequently they roll down as soon as you start moving. Would return if I could.
