Good quality but read thoroughly Very pleased with set so far. Have used and found that the set covers all the pre season moves I wanted them for. The adjustable straps hold well on the thighs if you put them in the right place (just above knee) and with a little more adjustment wrap fully round the ankle and hold well. The set is described as 13 piece but note only 9 pieces arrived (The full product description does mention 10 but do the maths and you’ll see it’s 9 as is shown in the pictures) which is misleading but read…

Good quality, relatively hard to use. Build quality seems quite good.The only issue I have is that there seems to be a fairly large gap before the bands come under tension.I’m 189cm(around 6’3″) and my legs have to be pretty far apart to feel the tension.It’s ok for sprinting and other kinds of activities like that, but for less intense stuff it’s hard to actually get them into tension.I haven’t tried the official Speed Bands so I can’t say if they’d be any different.

Works It works properly so I have increased the strength on my quadriceps therefore the injured knee is feeling better everyday, little by little
